COLLECTION QUALITY AND EXCLUSIONS
Partial refresh, not a full national recapture: 25 institution-owned source URLs were attempted and 14 provided independently captured numerical schedules. Another 106 known source URLs were not checked. Unchecked sources retain their original last-checked dates, and stale/undated products are visibly marked.
Quarantine: Newtek Bank's 6- and 9-month consumer CDs and 6-month business CD show an official APY/interest-rate inconsistency; those records were not added to production. nbkc bank's official pages blocked independent retrieval and its search snippets were not treated as verification. Both are tracked in the separate Discovery Queue.
Rate-change integrity: zero rate movements met the strict exact-product, term, balance-tier, requirements, geography, and later-effective-date comparison rule. This is not evidence that all market rates were unchanged.
AFFILIATE PROGRAMS
Two additional research leads were logged: NorthOne business banking and New Millennium Bank secured-card affiliate listings.
They are not approved OnlineBankRates relationships and are not deposit-rate sources. Raisin US's official publisher-affiliate program was independently reconfirmed; compensation and cookie terms remain unverified for OnlineBankRates. Seven application-needed entries remain and zero products are approved for monetization. No competitor tracking URL was reused.
