Newly verified institutions
Advancial Federal Credit Union: 91 issuer-published observations across certificates, money markets, savings, and checking.
Its October 19 jumbo five-year certificate lists 4.87% APY, with a $50,000 minimum and membership eligibility.
Community Choice Credit Union (Michigan): 47 issuer-published deposit observations, including 4.30% APY on a 25-month certificate special and 4.26% on the 15-month special, dated October 1. Variable deposit tables without product-specific effective dates are marked UNDATED.
Black Hills Federal Credit Union: 2 Bank Verified October 1 certificate-special tiers at 4.00% APY. Older standard rates were quarantined rather than treated as current special offers.
Firefighters First Credit Union: 17 first-party certificate/checking observations. Regular certificates are explicitly UNDATED; an expired September promotional 10-month certificate is excluded.
Existing-source numerical recapture
Marcus by Goldman Sachs: October 20 issuer disclosure lists 3.50% APY Online Savings and 4.40% APY on its 12-month
High-Yield CD. Bank5 Connect: issuer disclosure effective October 19 lists 4.00% APY on its 6-, 12- and 18-month CDs and money market. American 1 Credit Union, Alliant Credit Union, and Langley Federal Credit Union schedules were also independently reviewed.
Verification and completeness limitations
Not a full national refresh. Of 177 previously registered official URLs, only 19 were attempted; 158 were not checked. Ten official URLs had numerical rate recapture. One attempted official source (Quontic) returned an error. Old numerical observation timestamps are not overwritten simply because a page was opened. 360 current records are STALE and 336 are UNDATED. No comparable APY increase or cut was confirmed under the strict matching rule.
Monetization
Four new institutions were added to affiliate research with unverified program status. No new commercial publisher program or
OnlineBankRates approval was confirmed. Seven existing affiliate applications remain outstanding, and zero approved monetizable products have an authorized OnlineBankRates tracking link. Raisin US maintains an official publisher-partnership channel; its existence does not establish OnlineBankRates approval.

Methodology: Production rates were captured only from institution-owned public pages. Search results and competitor sites were not used as production numerical rate sources. Source effective dates, balance tiers, terms, restrictions, fees, and observation timestamps are preserved.
Affiliate evidence is maintained separately.
